Chase Credit Cards Information

Bookmark and Share
I always get frustrated with Chase credit card company.
I have two credit cards with this company. One thing I had for more than six years back when it was Washington Mutual, which I loved, until it merged with Chase. The others I have as a result of the purchase on Amazon.com and decided to get a credit card almost two years ago for some bonuses and what not ...
I recently decided to review a cash advance for $ 300 to write, because I pay an extra bill for this month and wanted to make sure I had a lot of money in my bank account ... Two days later I get a call from Chase Fraud Department. Mind you, I always pay my bill on time and to fly more than the minimum payment and do not have a high balance, and I use the card regularly then it is not true that it is not in use, or have done anything. I also have thousands of dollars in loans still available to me with this card. They said there was a suspicion of fraud on my account so I talked to them and cleared it right to say that I do not control, etc. Leave

They decided to remove the test anyway.
I Do not Understand a credit card cash advance check may be refused at any time, but I have a lot of borrowing into my account and wrote a check for $ 300, not like I wrote it for $ 1500 or $ 3000 or something .. . Two days later I get a call saying it is a suspicion of fraud on my account. I immediately called and spoke with a representative.
My control was again are not paid, which is fine, but that's why I've got a fee from my bank that I do not think that has arisen fairly. I tried calling people at Chase and tell them why I feel this:
* I have a good story for the use and payments with this card
* I've never heard of fraud on my account
* I have the fraud department immediately, as soon as I received their recorded message to clarify the situation
